My seasonal blends, Adult- and Kid Cold/Flu Tea, help mitigate the symptoms associated with colds and the flu. Adult Cold/Flu Tea is blended as a diaphoretic to induce sweating. Kid Cold/Flu Tea is blended as a sedative to help calm the nervous system. Both blends can be used by children or adults. You just need to decide which route you want to take!
Adult Cold/Flu Tea Ingredients: Sambucus nigra (Elder berry and flower), Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea), Mentha piperita (Peppermint), Verbascum (Mullein), Aspalathus linearis (Rooibos)
Antioxidant Tea Ingredients: Camellia sinensis (Green Tea), Mentha piperita (Peppermint), Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm), Stellaria media (Chickweed)
Kid Cold/Flu Tea Ingredients: Nepeta cataria (Catnip), Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm), Verbascum (Mullein), Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile), Aspalathus linearis (Rooibos), Sambucus nigra (Elder berry)
Sinus Saver Tea Ingredients*: Plantago major (Plantain), Eupatorium perfoliatum (Boneset), Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea), Sambucus nigra (Elder flower), Rubus idaeus (Raspberry Leaf), Althea officinalis (Marshmallow Root)
So Serene Tea Ingredients: Lavendula officinalis (Lavender), Passiflora incarnate (Passionflower), Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm), Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile), Aspalathus linearis (Rooibos)
Directions: Boil 1 cup of water for each 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of tea. Pour water over infuser. Steep 10-15 minutes. Strain. Sweeten to taste. Enjoy 1-3 cups a day. Consult physician before use.
*Can only be used for 7 days at a time. Then do not use for 7 days. You may resume for another 7 days after the resting phase.
